We run an instance for you and act as processor. Your documents are not placed in a shared environment with other customers.

These are the product’s ground rules, not extras that only apply when we host.

No shared document pool
Customer material is not mixed. Each instance keeps its own knowledge.

No training on your knowledge
Documents and chats are not used to train models for us.

Answers with sources
The reply shows which documents were read. If the material is not there, that is shown.

Sharing without write access
Recipients read and ask. The owner updates instructions and documents.

Right to delete
Assistants, documents and the account can be removed. History follows the account.
Language models
When someone asks a question, a language model is called from the instance you chose. Which provider is used, and which agreement applies, is covered in the conversation. We do not train our own models on your data.
