These terms cover the website isearch.app and, once a contract is signed, use of iSearch. If they conflict with a signed customer agreement, the agreement prevails.
The service
iSearch is software for assistants attached to knowledge banks. It can run on a server operated by the customer or on an instance hosted by iSearch App Sweden AB.
Accounts and responsibility
The customer is responsible for how assistants, documents and sharing are used, and for having the right to upload the material. Assistant answers are support — not legal, medical or financial advice.
Data
Processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy. When we host the instance we act as processor.

Content on isearch.app is information, not an offer. Quotes follow a walkthrough.
